يهدف البحث التعرف إلى الالتزام الذاتي لدى طلبة الجامعة. لتحقيق أَهداف البحث، تم بناء مقياس (الالتزام الذاتي) وفق نظرية كانفر (Kanfer, 1980) لدى طلبة الجامعة. تكون مقياس (الالتزام الذاتي) من (33) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات: مراقبة الذات (Self-Monitoring) - التقويم الذاتي (Self-Evaluation) - التعزيز الذاتي (Self-Reinforcement). تم استخراج الصدق الظاهري للبناء وصدق البناء وبلغ معامل الثبات طريقة الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار (Test - Re - test) (0.90)، في حين بلغ معامل الثبات بطريقة ألفا كرو نباخ (Cronbach method) (0.66)، وطبق المقياس على عينة البحث المكونة من (400) طالب وطالبة من جامعة ديالى ومن كلا التخصصين (علمي إنساني). اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية ذات الأسلوب المتناسب. تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة معامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ. أسفرت النتائج أن عينة البحث يتمتعون الالتزام الذاتي قياسا بالمتوسط الفرضي للمقياس وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The research aims to identify the self-commitment of university students. To achieve the objectives of the research, a scale of (self-commitment) was built according to Kanfer’s theory (Kanfer, 1980) among university students. The scale of (self-commitment) consisted of (33) items distributed over three areas: firstly: self-monitoring. Secondly - self-evaluation. Thirdly: Self Reinforcement: The apparent validity of the construct and the validity of the construct were extracted. The reliability coefficient of the test-re-test method reached (0.90), while the stability coefficient reached by the alpha method. Cronbach method (0.66) and the scale was applied to a sample. The research sample consisted of (400) male and female students from the Universityof Diyala and from both disciplines (scientific - human). The data was statistically statistic by using the t-test for one sample, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the Alpha-Cronbach coefficient, and the results showed that the research sample enjoys self-commitment compared to the hypothetical average of the scale. The research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
