هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في لواء وادي السير من وجهة نظر المعلمين، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصف المسحي. بلغت عينة الدارسة (124) معلماً ومعلمة. طورت الباحثة استبانة تكونت من (3) مجالات و(37) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في لواء وادي السير من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة متوسطة. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α) في إدارة الأزمات المدرسية لدى مديري ومديرات المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في لواء وادي السير تبعا لمتغير (الجنس والمؤهل العلمي). أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنظيم دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لتنمية مقدرة مديري المدارس في مجال إدارة الأزمات. The study aimed at finding out the reality of crisis management among the principals of public basic schools in Wadi Al-Seer district from the teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology. The study sample reached (124) male and female teachers. The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (3) fields and (37) items. The results of the study showed that the reality of crisis management among the principals of public basic schools in Wadi Al-Seer district, from the teachers’ point of view, came at a moderate degree. And the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the management of school crises among the principals of public basic schools in Wadi Al-Seer district according to the variable (gender and educational qualification). The study recommended the necessity of conducting training courses and workshops to develop the capacity of school principals in the field of crisis management. (Published abstract)
