هدفت الدراسة تعرف دور مديري المدارس في منطقة المثلث داخل الخط الأخضر في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين وعلاقته بتحسين العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. استخدم في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (336) معلمًا ومعلمةً في المدارس الإعداديَّة في منطقة المُثلَّثِ داخل الخط الأخضر، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. أظهرت النتائج أن دور مديري المدارس الإعدادية في منطقة المثلث داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأن درجة تحسين العملية التعليمية في تلك المدارس جاءت متوسطة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين دور مديري المدارس في منطقة المثلث داخل الخط الأخضر في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين وبين تحسين العملية التعليمية في تلك المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين. The study aimed to identify the role of school preparatory principals in the Triangle District within The Green Line in professionally developing teachers and its relationship to improving the educational process from the teachers' point of view. Correlational descriptive methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (336) teachers in preparatory schools who were chosen using simple random methods, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The results showed that the role of school principals in The Triangle District within the Green Line from the teachers’ point of view came medium, the degree of improvement of the educational process in those schools came medium, and the presence of a positive correlation between the role of preparatory school principals in The Triangle District within the Green Line in the development of teachers professionally and improving the educational process in those schools from the teachers point of view.The study recommended conducting training courses in professional development in aspects other than the learning and teaching process.
