هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة فاعلية إدارة الصراع لدى مديري مدارس التربية في لواء القدس وعلاقتها بالروح المعنوية للمعلمين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (384) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استُخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي باستخدام الاستبانة. أشارت النتائج إلى أنَّ درجة فاعلية إدارة الصراع التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس التربية في لواء القدس من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانَّ متوسطاً، وأنَّ درجة الروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم كان متوسطاً. كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة فاعلية إدارة الصراع لدى مديري المدارس وبين درجة الروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين في مدارس التربية في لواء القدس. The study aimed to evaluate the conflict management effectiveness degree of educational school principals in Jerusalem district and its relationship to teachers’ morale. The study sample consisted of (384) school teachers selected using stratified random method. To achieve the study objectives. Correlational descriptive methodology was used. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The study showed that the degree of conflict management effectiveness among the principals of education schools in Jerusalem district from teachers’ point of view was moderate. It also showed that the degree of morale of teachers from their point of view was moderate. The study revealed a positive significant correlation between the degree of conflict management effectiveness among the school principals and the degree of morale of teachers in the education schools in Jerusalem district.
