تسعى الدراسة إلى التحقق من دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي الجيد في إدارة الأزمات. تبنت الدراسة المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج دراسة حالة من خلال دراسة حالة جامعة بغداد وما هو دورها في التخطيط الاستراتيجي الجيد لإدارة الأزمات. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) إن خطط جامعة بغداد تدرك أهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في إدارة الأزمات. 2) إن الجامعة تقوم بالمراجعة المستمرة وإجراء التغييرات حسب الضرورة. 3) التأكد من أن الإدارات والفرق التابعة لها تقدم تقارير منتظمة عن أهدافها وتحقق التقدم المناسب. 4) في الجامعة يتماشى صنع القرار الجيد على المستوى الاستراتيجي مع الأهداف المحددة ويقودها للخروج من الأزمة. The study seeks to verify the role of good strategic planning in crisis management. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approaches and the case study approach through a case study of the University of Baghdad and what is its role in good strategic planning for crisis management. The study achieved the following results: 1) The plans of the University of Baghdad realize the importance of strategic planning in crisis management. 2) The university is constantly reviewing and making changes as necessary. 3) Ensuring that its departments and teams provide regular reports on their objectives and make appropriate progress. 4) At the university, good decision-making at the strategic level is in line with the set goals and leads them out of the crisis.
