هدف البحث إلى التعرف على سلوكيات الاستمالة الاجتماعية، ودلالة الفروق الإحصائية في سلوكيات الاستمالة الاجتماعية عند طلبة الجامعة تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث). لتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اعتماد الباحثان على مقياس سلوكيات الاستمالة الاجتماعية الذي أعدته (إبراهيم، 2021) والتأكد من صدقه والتحقق من ثباته، وتم التحقق من الثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار إذ بلغ معامل الثبات (0.82) في حين بلغ معامل ثبات الأداة بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ (0.88)، طبق المقياسان على عينة تألفت من (400) طالب وطالبة من طلبة كليات التربية ومن كلا التخصصين العلمي والإنساني للدراسات الصباحية. اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ذات التوزيع المتساوي. وعند معالجة بيانات الدراسة إحصائيا استخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون، معادلة ألفاكرونباخ البحث لديهم سلوكيات استمالة اجتماعية قياسا بالمتوسط النظري للمقياس وبفرق ذي دلالة إيجابية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية معنوية في سلوكيات الاستمالة الاجتماعية تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور وفي ضوء نتائج البحث خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The aim of the research is to identify social grooming behaviors and the significance of statistical differences in social care behaviors among university students according to the gender variable (males, females). To achieve research objectives. The researcher relied on the social grooming behaviors scale prepared by (Ibrahim, 2021), where the validity and stability of this scale were verified by re-testing, and the reliability coefficient reached (0.82), while the tool’s stability coefficient reached by Alpha Cronbach method (0.88). The scale was applied to a sample of (400) male and female students from the faculties of education, the scientific and human specializations for morning studies. The research sample was chosen by a simple random method with an equal distribution. The data for the study were statistically processed using (Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha equation, one-sample t-test, two independent samples t-test). The results revealed that the members of the research sample have high social grooming behaviors compared to the theoretical average of the scale, with a positive significant difference. The results showed a statistically significant difference in social grooming behaviors according to the gender variable and in favor of males. In light of the research results, the research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
