هدف البحث للكشف عن مستوى جودة الحياة المهنية لدى الموجهات الطلابيات في مدارس تعليم جازان، ودرجة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في مستوى جودة الحياة المهنية لدى عينة البحث تُعزى للمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعينة البحث العشوائية المكونة من (258) موجهة من الموجهات الطلابيات بمدارس تعليم جازان، ولجمع البيانات استخدمت الباحثة مقياس جودة الحياة المهنية (بريك،2021)، ويتكون من (46) عبارة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد، هي: (تحسين بيئة العمل، المشاركة في صنع القرار، أنظمة عدالة الأجور والمكافآت، ظروف العمل المادية، الرضا الوظيفي)، وطُبق المقياس إلكترونيا على عينة البحث، واستخدمت الباحثة اختبار(ت) لعينة واحدة واختبار لفين، وكروسكال وأليس للتحقق من النتائج، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى جودة الحياة المهنية جاء بمستوى مرتفع، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في جودة الحياة المهنية وأبعادها تعزى للمؤهل العلمي لدى أفراد العينة، باستثناء البعد الأول "تحسين بيئة العمل" حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للمؤهل العلمي لدى الموجهات الطلابيات، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في جودة الحياة المهنية وأبعادها تعزى لعدد سنوات الخبرة لدى الموجهات الطلابيات، وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة رفع مستوى جودة الحياة المهنية بشكل عام، والاهتمام بتحسين بيئة العمل. The research aimed to reveal the level of the quality of professional life in the professional stage, and the creation of professional qualities (Years of experience and qualification). It sued the descriptive analysis, the random sample consisting of (258) by female students in Jazan education schools. To collect data, the researcher used a measure of quality-of-life Professionalism (BRIC, 2021), It consists of (46) phrases distributed over five dimensions: (improving the work environment, participation in decision-making, wage and reward justice systems, material working conditions, job satisfaction). The scale was applied electronically to the research sample. The researcher used the (T) test, Levene, Kruskal-Wallis Statistic. The results concluded, the quality of professional life among the sample members was high, no statistically significant differences in the quality of professional life and its dimensions attributed to the scientific qualification of the sample members, with the exception of the first dimension “improving work environment" where the results showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the academic qualification of the female mentors, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in the quality of professional life and its dimensions due to the number of years of experience among the female the sample mentors.
