يهدف البحث إلى تعرف صعوبات توظيف تقنيات التعليم في المرحلة الإعدادية من وجهة نظر مدرسي المادة. تكون مجتمع البحث من (63) مدرسا ومدرسة، من مدارس مديرية تربية بغداد الرصافة الثالثة، وعينة استطلاعية مكونة من (25) مدرسا ومدرسة من خارج مجتمع البحث. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت أداة البحث من استبانة موجهة لمدرسي مادة الجغرافية البالغ عددها (34) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات: الصعوبات المتعلقة بالمدرس، والصعوبات المتعلقة بالطالب، والصعوبات المتعلقة بالكتاب المدرسي، والصعوبات المتعلقة بالتسهيلات المادية. وبعد جمع البيانات إحصائيا توصل الباحث إلى أن صعوبات توظيف تقنيات التعليم في تدريس مادة الجغرافية للأداة كلها كانت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (3.51)، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في صعوبات توظيف تقنيات التعليم في المرحلة الإعدادية من وجهة نظر مدرسي مادة الجغرافية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، إذ نال المرتبة الأولى مجال الصعوبات التي تتعلق بالتسهيلات المادية بدرجة تقدير كبيرة، ومجال الصعوبات التي تتعلق بالمدرس جاء في المرتبة الأخيرة بدرجة تقدير متوسط. The research aims to identify the difficulties of employing instructional technology in the preparatory stage from the point of view of teachers. The research population consists of (63) teachers (male s and females) from the schools of Baghdad, the directorate of education-Rusafa 3, and an exploratory sample consists of (25) teachers out of the research population. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The research tool is a questionnaire to the geography teachers consists of (34) items distributed on four fields (difficulties related to the teacher, difficulties related to the student, difficulties related to the curriculum, and difficulties related to the financial facilities). After calculating information statically, the researcher concluded that the difficulties of employing instructional technology at teaching geography for the whole aid was middle in arithmetic average (3.51). The research result also showed that there were no statistical significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) at the employing of instructional technology in the high schools in the view of geography teachers according to the variable of sex, the first rank was to the difficulties related to financial facilities with great evaluation degree, the difficulties that related to the teacher came in the last rank with middle evaluation degree.
