هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن فاعلية إدارة الأنشطة اللامنهجية في تقليل ظاهرة العنف في مدارس الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر، والفروق فيها وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس والمسمى الوظيفي ومستوى المدرسة. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (694) فرداً من المشرفين والمديرين والمعلمين. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت من (32) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات، (الثقافي، الرياضي، الاجتماعي، النفسي، الفني)، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لفاعلية إدارة الأنشطة اللامنهجية في تقليل ظاهرة العنف في مدارس الشمال داخل الخط الأخضر من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة جاءت متوسطة، وأنه توجد فروق داله إحصائياً في درجة فاعلية إدارة الأنشطة اللامنهجية في تقليل ظاهرة العنف في مدارس الشمال ككل من وجهة نظر العينة تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المعلمين، في حين لم تظهر فروق إحصائية على متغيريّ الجنس ومستوى المدرسة. The study aimed to discover the degree of effectiveness of managing of extracurricular activities in reducing the violence in northern schools within the Green Line, and the difference in it according to the variables of sex, job title and school level. A descriptive methodology was applied using a questionnaire consisting of (32) items, and its validity and reliability were verified. The sample consisted of (694) educational supervisors, principals, and teachers. The results indicated that the degree of effectiveness management of extracurricular activities in reducing the violence with northern schools within the Green Line were moderate; And the results appeared in the effectiveness of managing extracurricular activities in reducing the phenomenon of violence in northern schools as a whole from the study subjects’ point of view as a result of changing the job title in favor of teachers, while there were no statistically significant differences on the variables of sex and school level.
