يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين دافعية التعلم والتوافق النفسي وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في دافعية التعلم والتوافق النفسي لدى طالبات قسم علم النفس بجامعة حائل وفقا لمتغير المستوى الدراسي. تكونت عينة البحث من (103) طالبة من الملتحقين بقسم علم النفس بجامعة حائل اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. تمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة دافعية التعلم (إعداد دوقه وآخرون، 2011) واستبانة التوافق النفسي (إعداد فرجاني، 2021). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين دافعية التعلم وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي لدى طالبات قسم على النفس بجامعة حائل وأيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغير المستوى الدراسي في دافعية التعلم لدى طالبات قسم علم النفس بجامعة حائل وأيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حسب متغير المستوى الدراسي في التوافق النفسي لدى طالبات قسم علم النفس بجامعة حائل. The research aims to identify the relationship between learning motivation and psychological adjustment, as well as to identify differences in learning motivation and psychological adjustment among female students in the department of psychology at the University of Hail according to the academic level variable. The research sample consisted of (103) female students enrolled in the department of psychology at the University of Hail. The research followed a descriptive, correlational approach. Learning Motivation Questionnaire (Prepared by Duqah et al., 2011), Psychological adjustment questionnaire (prepared by Ferjani, 2021). The study concluded that there is a correlation between learning motivation and its relationship to psychological adjustment. There are also no statistically significant differences according to the academic level variable in learning motivation among female students of the psychology department at the University of Hail, and there are also no statistically significant differences according to the academic level variable in psychological adjustment among female students of the psychology department at the University of Hail.
