هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين الصلابة النفسية واتخاذ القرار والفروق بين المرأة القيادية المعيلة والقيادية غير المعيلة فى كلا المتغيرين، والوصول إلى أهم ديناميات الشخصية التى تساهم فى قدرة المرأة القيادية المعيلة على اتخاذ القرارمن خلال دراسة حالة لبعض الحالات، والوقوف على الفروق فى ديناميات الشخصية بين المرأة القيادية المعيلة مرتفعة الصلابة النفسية واتخاذ القرار والأخرى القيادية المعيلة منخفضة الصلابة النفسية واتخاذ القرار. شملت عينة الدراسة الوصفية 60 سيدة من القيادات التربوية (مديرات مدارس) بالمدارس الإعدادية بمحافظة الغربية، وكانت مناصفة بين المعيلات بسبب وفاة الزوج وغير المعيلات .بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة الكلينيكية من قيادية معيلة الأعلى ارتفاعا للدرجات فى الصلابة النفسية وأبعادها ومرتفعة أيضا فى درجة اتخاذ القرار، وقيادية معيلة أيضا الأعلى انخفاضا فى المتغيرين. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الوصفية عن وجود فروق دالة بين مجموعتى الدراسة لصالح عينة القيادات التربوية من غير المعيلات فى الصلابة النفسية وأبعادها الثلاثة وعدم وجود فروق بينهما فى اتخاذ القرار، كم أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الكلينيكية بعض الديناميات الشخصية التى ساهمت فى اتخاذ القرار لدى الحالات، وعن تأثر انخفاض درجة الحالة المعيلة فى اتخاذ القرار والصلابة النفسية إلى نظرتها السلبية للحياة وتعرضها لظروف أسرية وعلاقات مضطربة فى حياتها الأسرية قبل وبعد زوجها. (الملخص المنشور)

The study aimed to identify the correlation between psychological hardiness and decision-making, and the differences Egyptian women's Educational leadership with Female - Headed Household and non Female- Headed Household in the two variables, and to identify the differences in psychodynamics between women's Educational leadership with Female - Headed Household with high and low Psychological Hardiness, and the role of psychological Hardiness and level of leading women in their ability to challenge and decision-making. The descriptive study sample included 60 women from the educational leaders (school principals) in the preparatory schools in Gharbia Governorate, and they were equally divided between the with Female - Headed Household due to the death of the husband and non Female - Headed Household , the clinical study sample: the head of a school of high psychological hardiness and decision-making , and others with low psychological hardiness and decision-making with Female - Headed Household. The results of the study: 1) There are no statistically significant differences between the two groups: women's Educational leadership with Female - Headed Household and its non- Female - Headed Household in Psychological Hardiness in the total degree of psychological hardiness and its three dimensions (commitment - control - challenge) and there are no differences between them in decision-making. 2) That the leading women if they enjoy a high psychological hardiness be able to challenge and confrontation and steadfastness and is characterized by commitment and respect for others and respect for dates and has sef- confidence in itself enables them to succeed in life and complete the process of caring for children after the loss of the husband, and succeed in her career and may reach up (Even if it is a compensation for hidden and unconscious feelings of deficiency that always prompts her not to fear failure and to continue her career in a positive way), and then stand out and occupy a prominent position in her community that makes the community around her pay tribute to her efficiency and success in life.
