The study aimed to identify the philosophical foundations of woman empowerment in terms of intellectual and conceptual framework and the most important theories explaining woman empowerment, and to reveal the efforts of empowering women at Taibah University, especially the Woman Empowerment Center in the University from the point of view of the study sample. The sample of the study consisted of (110) members of the teaching staff in the various leadership and administrative positions at the University of Taibah in addition to (1054) students from different faculties in the university. They applied a questionnaire consisting of five main dimensions represented in: the concept of Woman empowerment, the fields of woman empowerment, the needs of woman empowerment, the levels of woman empowerment and the obstacles of woman empowerment. The frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean and standard deviation of the scores of each of the statements were calculated. Also, an indication of the difference between the students of the theoretical colleges and the practical colleges that were calculated by means of T test for each dimension and for the questionnaire as a whole has been found, Using the ANOVA analysis, the extent of the difference between the opinions of faculty members according to leadership and administrative positions was identified. In light of the results of the study, a proposed scenario was formulated to activate the role of the Woman Empowerment Center at Taibah University. The results show: The dimensions of women's empowerment offered to Taibah University staff were an average in most statements of the five dimensions. Some statements have achieved high degrees of availability on the level of all the dimensions as a whole. The concept of woman empowerment has achieved high levels of availability for the students and the members of teaching staff. The dimension of woman empowerment fields has achieved a high degree of availability of the staff members in the scientific field and a medium degree of availability of students. The political, economic and social fields have achieved a medium degree of availability of the twofold of the sample. Finally, the health field has achieved a medium degree of availability of the staff members and a high degree of availability of students. The dimension of woman empowerment needs has achieved a medium average of availability of the twofold of the sample. The dimension of woman empowerment levels has achieved a medium average of availability of the staff members and a high average of availability of students. The dimension of woman empowerment obstacles has recorded a disparity between the twofold of the sample, as it has achieved a high average of availability of students and a medium average of availability of the staff members. There are statistically significant differences between the views of the students of the University of Taiba in different specialties (theoretical/ practical) in the dimensions (I - II - III - IV), with an absence of differences of statistical significance in the (V) dimension. There are no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the staff members regarding the different leadership and administrative positions (staff member, head of the department, Vice head of department, deputy, dean) in the five dimensions of woman empowerment.
