This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of e-software Based on Autoplay Program for teaching Mathematics on the Developing Achieving and Mathematical Power with the Teacher- Students of Basic Education Maths, at Faculty of Education Ibb University. For achieving the objectives of the study, a quasi-experimental approach was used by the researcher. A sample of 42 students from level I students of the Teacher- Students of Basic Education Maths and level III students of Mathematics was selected randomly on the basis of the random stratified sampling. The sample was divided into two groups: experimental and control. A test was administered to both groups to identify the level of achievement and Mathematical power. After using the appropriate statistical techniques to analyze the data, the study revealed the following findings: The e-software was highly effective in achieving and developing the Mathematical power with the students of the Teacher- Students of Basic Education Maths, Faculty of Education, Ibb University. There were no statistically significant differences between the means of both experimental and control groups' degrees in regard to achievement. There were statistically significant differences between the means of both experimental and control groups' degrees in regard to Mathematical power. There were no statistically significant differences between the means of both experimental and control groups' degrees in regard to achievement and Mathematical power with the students of Teacher- Students of Basic Education Maths, the Faculty of Education, Ibb University attributed to the variables of gender and level of study. Based on the findings, the researcher recommended that education techniques should be developed to improve learning achievement in all courses. However, the technology development should be utilized to develop and update the curricula in the Department of Teachers of Basic Education Maths, at Faculty of Education Ibb University.
