The aim of the research is to measure cognitive mental performance by developing the Baddeley quadruple model of working memory, by conducting an experimental study by introducing some of the hot aspects with regard to attention, cognitive behavior and cognitive memory. This research was based on the semi-experimental approach by designing unequal groups, where a pre-test is applied from two groups (control and experimental) of middle school students in Jeddah for the purpose of measuring mental performance with current measures through a Baddeley model before development, then a post-test for both groups is done after The introduction of developments to the Baddeley model, for the purpose of ensuring the effectiveness of the developed Baddeley model in measuring mental cognitive performance in the field of research. The most important results were: that there is a possibility to use the modified Baddeley model in measuring the cognitive mental performance of students with a moral level less than 0.05 and with a great degree of confidence According to the experimental study that was prepared on the research sample and that there is agreement among the female students researched about the effectiveness of using the developed Baddeley model in measuring mental cognitive performance.
