The research aimed to clarify the effectiveness of using Jigsaw strategy for cooperative learning on developing creative thinking skills (Fluency, originality, flexibility, and Problem Sensitivity) of secondary school students in Hail through acknowledging the basics and steps of implementing Jigsaw strategy in teaching and creative thinking skills and its determinants and determining the requirements for developing creative thinking skills of secondary school students in Hail. It depended on the Experimental Method to accomplish its objectives and the research sample consisted of (55) students from El Montazah Secondary School Students- Syllabus System- in Hail that were divided into two groups; control group including (28) student and experimental one of (27) student. The research results confirmed the effectiveness of using Jigsaw strategy for cooperative learning on developing creative thinking skills as there are significant statistical differences in the scores of the experimental and control groups in post-test of creative thinking skills test and that for the experimental one.
