The research aimed to build a model for the causal relationships between Dimensions of both achievement motivation, metacognition skills, and successful intelligence, and verify the suitability of this model to the data of the research sample, for a sample of high school students in Giza Governorate that consisted of (231) of literary specialization, with an average age (17.57) and a standard deviation (1.28), and the following tools have been applied: achievement Motivation scale prepared by the researcher, metacognition skills scale prepared by the researcher, Successful intelligence scale prepared by Sternberg (1993) Translation and legalization by asmaa Muhammad Abdul Hamid (2004), Path analysis has also been used, and the results of the current research have resulted in the suitability of the proposed model for the nature of the data of the research sample, as well as there is a direct positive statistically significant effect of the sub-dimensions of achievement motivation in (analytical, practical and creative intelligence) also there is a statistically positive direct effect of the sub- dimensions of achievement motivation in metacognitive skills; Likewise, there is a statistically positive direct effect of metacognitive skills in (analytical, practical and creative intelligence), as well as a statistically positive indirect effect of the sub dimensions of the motivation for achievement in successful intelligence, through metacognitive skills.
