هدف الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى السعادة النفسيةعند طالبات جامعة الملك خالد، والتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والسعادة، وتحديد أكثر عوامل الشخصية (العصابية، والانبساطية، والوداعة، والتفاني، والانفتاح على الخبرة). التي تتنبأ بالسعادة النفسية، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي السعادة النفسية من طالبات الجامعة في العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية. وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية عددها (390) طالبة من كلية التربية بجامعة الملك خالد في أبها تتراوح أعمارهن بين (18-28)عاما بمتوسط عمري 22.07 وانحراف معياري قدره 1.679. وقد طبقت الباحثة أدوات البحث الآتية: قائمة العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية صورة سعودية للإناث من إعداد الرويتع (2007) ومقياس السعادة النفسية من إعداد الباحثة والذي تكونت صورته النهائية من 45 بنداً. وبتحليل البيانات إحصائياً كشفت النتائج عن وجود مستوى مرتفع من السعادة النفسية لدى طالبات الجامعة، وأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية سلبية دالة إحصائياً بين العصابية والسعادة النفسية، بينما توجد علاقة إرتباطية موجبة بين الانبساطية والتفاني والوداعة والانفتاح على الخبرة مع السعادة النفسية. كما ظهر من خلال تحليل الانحدار أن أكثر العوامل الخمسة للشخصية إسهاماً في السعادة هي (التفاني ثم العصابية يليها الانبساطية). كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العصابية بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي السعادة النفسية لصالح منخفضي السعادة النفسية، بينما كانت الفروق في الانبساط، والتفاني، والوداعة، والانفتاح على الخبرة، لصالح مرتفعي السعادة النفسية. وقد تم تفسير النتائج وتقديم التوصيات وفقا للإطار النظري، والدراسات السابقة. This research aims to measure the general level of Psychological happiness on the girls students of King Khalid University, and to identify the nature of the relationship between the big five factors of personality and happiness, and identify the most personal factors (neuroticism , extraversion, agreement, conscience vigilance, and accept experience).That Contribution to the total variation of happiness, and discover the differences between low and high happiness of university students in the five big personality factors. A random sample counted (390) girls students from the Faculty of Education at King Khalid University in Abha aged (18-28) has been selected, with an average age 22.0789 and a standard deviation of 1.67933. Hypotheses has been validated using the following tools: the big five factors scale of personality female Saudi picture prepared by Alroeta (2007), and a happiness scale prepared by the researcher which consisted of 45 items. Analyzing the data, the results revealed high level of happiness among university students and that there is a reverse negative relationship between neuroticism factor and happiness, a counterproductive positive relationship between extraversion and vigilant conscience, agreement, and accept experience with happiness. As it appears by the regression analysis that the most contribution of the five big factors of personality to the happiness was (conscience vigilance then neuroticism then extraversion). When the differences between the average scores of high and low students was accounted, the factor: neuroticism in favor of the low. While the factors: extraversion, conscience vigilance, agreement and accept experience for the benefit of high happiness. (Published abstract)
