هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع البرامج التربوية المقدمة في مشروع أندية مدارس الحي التابع لمشروع تطوير الذي ينتمي لمشروع الملك عبد الله لتطوير التعليم. وتكوّن مجتمع البحث من (120) مشرفاً ومشرفة في أندية مدارس الحي في مدينة الرياض لعام 1437-1438هـ، ومن (1200) طالب وطالبة. وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (291) طالب وطالبة من مستفيدي الأندية في المرحلة الابتدائية. واعتمدت البحث على المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة النتائج منها: أن أفراد عينة الدراسة من المشرفين والمشرفات يتفقون على تطبيق البرامج المعززة للقيم التربوية والعلاقات الاجتماعية، في أندية مدارس الحي، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (4). وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب والطالبات يتفقون على تطبيق البرامج المعززة للقيم التربوية والعلاقات الاجتماعية، في أندية مدارس الحي. حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (4.04). واتفق أفراد عينة الدراسة من المشرفين والمشرفات والطلاب والطالبات إلى حد ما على وجود معوقات تحول دون تطبيق البرامج التربوية المقدمة بأندية مدارس الحي، مع وجود معوقات تعيق الالتحاق بالأندية والاستفادة من برامجها. The research aimed investigate the reality of educational programs presented in the Neighborhood School Clubs managed by Tatweer project, which belongs to the King Abdullah project for the educational development. The research community consisted of (120) male and female supervisors and (1200) male and female students in Neighborhood school clubs in Riyadh city for the year 1437-1438 AH. The study tool was applied to a random sample consisting of (291) male and female students at the elementary level who beneficiaries of the club. The research used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool. the study indicated a set of results, including: that the study sample members of male and female supervisors agree on applying of enhanced programs for educational values and social relations in the Neighborhood School Clubs, where the general mean (4). The research also indicated that the study sample members, male and female students, agree on applying of programs that promote educational values and social relations in Neighborhood School Clubs, with general mean (4.04). The whole study sample members, supervisors and students, agreed that there are some obstacles that prevent the application of educational programs presented in the Neighborhood school clubs, with obstacles impeding enrollment in clubs and benefiting from its programs.
