تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ودور الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة في جامعة الملك سعود، من وجهة نظر طلبة كلية التربية. وقد اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث كان مجتمع الدراسة طالبات وطلاب كلية التربية في جامعة الملك سعود من مرحلة البكالوريوس للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2023-2022م)، وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية من هذا المجتمع بلغ حجمها (196) طالب وطالبة في كلية التربية في جامعة الملك سعود. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الخدمات الإرشادية المختلفة في مركز التوجيه والإرشاد بجامعة الملك سعود في الحدود المتوسطة، وكذلك تبين عدم وجود فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوجه نحو الخدمات الإرشادية تبعا للجنس، والمستوى الدراسي، وكذلك عدم وجود فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاستفادة من الخدمات الإرشادية وفقا لمتغير المعدل الأكاديمي. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على توفير الخدمات الإرشادية بشكل متكامل، والاهتمام بالخدمات الإرشادية الاجتماعية من خلال برامج وأنشطة ملموسة تحقق متطلبات وأهداف الإرشاد النفسي، وتلبي الاحتياجات في جامعة الملك سعود. This study aims to identify the reality and role of counseling services provided at King Saud University, from the point of view of students of the college of education. It relied on the descriptive survey method, as the study population was male and female students of the College of Education at King Saud University from the bachelor’s level for the second semester of the year. Academic year (2022-2023), and a random sample of (196) male and female students in the College of Education at King Saud University was taken from this community. The study concluded that the level of various counseling services at the Guidance and Counseling Center at King Saud University is within the average range, and it also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the orientation towards counseling services according to gender and academic level, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in benefiting from counseling services. According to the academic average variable, the study recommended the necessity of working to provide counseling services in an integrated manner and paying attention to social counseling services through concrete programs and activities that achieve the requirements and goals of psychological counseling, and meet the needs at King Saud University.
