هدف البحث إلى الأخذ بالمعايير العالمية لضمان الجودة والاعتماد المؤسسي كمدخل لتجويد إدارة الأداء لوحدات الجودة بالكليات الجامعية المصرية، والوقوف على أهم المعايير العالمية لهيئات ضمان جودة والاعتماد، والوقوف على أهم معايير ضمان الجودة والاعتماد المؤسسي والأكاديمي للهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعلم والاعتماد. واستخدم البحث المنهج التحليلي القائم على تحليل العديد من الأدبيات السابقة التي تناولت المعايير العالمية لضمان الجودة والاعتماد المؤسسي وإدارة الأداء لوحدات الجودة بالكليات الجامعية المصرية، وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها: أن مفهوم الجودة أصبح متطلبا أساسيا لعمل المؤسسة التعليمية بكفاءة عالية وتجويد إدارة الأداء، فالجودة تعمل وفق معايير واضحة ومحددة، الأمر الذي تمكن من قياس النجاح الذي تحقق، وأن ظهور ادارة الأداء كانت لمعالجة العيوب التى ظهرت فى نظام تقييم الأداء، وأن تبني نظام إدارة أداء أكثر فاعلية هو مفتاح تحقيق النجاح. The aim of the research is to adopt international standards for quality assurance and institutional accreditation as an entry point for improving performance management for quality units in Egyptian university colleges, and to identify the most important international standards for quality assurance and accreditation bodies, and to identify the most important standards for quality assurance and institutional and academic accreditation for the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Learning and Accreditation. The research used the analytical approach. Based on the analysis of many previous literature that dealt with international standards for quality assurance, institutional accreditation, and performance management for quality units in Egyptian university colleges, the research reached many results, the most important of which are: that the concept of quality has become a prerequisite for the work of the educational institution with high efficiency and the improvement of performance management, as quality works according to clear and specific criteria, which made it possible to measure the success that has been achieved, and that the emergence of performance management was to address the defects that appeared in the performance evaluation system, and that adopting a more effective performance management system is the key to achieving success.
