The research aimed at how to activate psychological capital management among teachers in general secondary schools in Sharkia Governorate in order to achieve job satisfaction for them. The research used the descriptive approach through the intellectual and theoretical rooting of psychological capital management, job satisfaction and the relationship between them, monitoring Egyptian efforts and initiatives, and standing on the reality of psychological capital management and its relationship to job satisfaction. The results of the study revealed that there are many shortcomings in the role of public secondary schools administration in managing the psychological capital of teachers in general secondary schools in Sharkia Governorate. It also resulted in the existence of new obstacles and various factors that impede the achievement of job satisfaction among teachers. In light of the foregoing, the research presented a proposed vision for managing the psychological capital of teachers, in a way that contributes to achieving job satisfaction for them.
