هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنماط الاتصال الإداري التنظيمي في دراسة تطبيقية لدى عينة من معلمي التعليم الإبتدائي من وجهة نظرهم، حيث اعتمدنا لمعالجة الموضوع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (272 معلم ومعلمة) ممن يزاولون مهنتهم والتابعين لمديرية التربية بولاية مستغانم (الجزائر). ولجمع الببانات قمنا بتصميم استبيان (أنماط الاتصال الإداري التنظيمي) الذي يحوي على ثلاث أبعاد رئيسية موزعة على 39 فقرة؛ ولتفريغ وتحليل بياناتنا استخدمنا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، باتباع مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية أهمها: التكرارات، النسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحراف المعياري، تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه واختبار "ت". وأسفرت نتائج البحث على: أن بعض المؤسسات التربوية يسودها النمط الديكتاتوري في التسيير ويسود بعضها الآخر النمط الفوضوي التسيبي، كما وُجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المدراء الذكور والإناث في اتباع النمط الديموقراطي في التسيير ولصالح المدراء الذكور، كما أسفرت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مناطق تواجد المؤسسات التربوية (مدينة، ريف، شبه حضري) في اتباع المدراء لنمط الاتصال الديموقراطي وكذا النمط الفوضوي؛ بينما وُجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في اتباع المدراء لنمط الاتصال الديكتاتوري ولصالح المنطقة (شبه حضري). (الملخص المنشور)

This study aimed to identify managerial organizational communication patterns in an applied study among primary education teachers point of view as sample . Descriptive analytical approach was depended. The study consisted of (272 male and female teachers) as sample ,whom practice their profession and are affiliated with the Directorate of Education in Mostaganem Province (Algeria), Questionnaire (Organizational Administrative Communication Patterns) was designed to collect data that contains three main dimensions spread over 39 paragraphs., SPSS program, using a set of statistical methods to empty and analyze our data. The most important of that are: frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, One Way Anova and T-test. The research findings resulted in: that some educational institutions are dominated by the dictatorial style of management, while others prevail in the chaotic and disruptive pattern, also statistically significant differences between male and female directors in following the democratic management style and in favor of male managers. The absence of statistically significant differences between the regions of the educational institutions (city, countryside, semi-urban) in the directors following the democratic communication pattern as well as the chaotic pattern also affect findings, While statistically significant differences were at the significance level (0,05) in the directors following the dictatorial communication pattern and in favor of the region (semi-urban).
