Marketing has become a critical area that presents a challenge to Economic institutions of various kinds , its importance is evident through its impact on the daily lives of individuals and the whole society , In addition , it is one of the indicators through which it is possible to judge organizations with success or failure , and the importance of marketing is recorded in our daily reality life unethical practices are not adversely affecting the health and the security and safety of the citizen so it became necessary to analyze, marketing approaches to commercial secondary education in the light of the principles and ethics of electronic marketing. This is through an analysis tool that incorporates key concepts and subrelated to the principles and ethics of electronic marketing. The researcher addressed the analysis of the marketing books for the three years (Analysis sample), The results of the analysis were a dearth of approaches to electronic marketing principles and ethics. This requires rethinking the need to incorporate these concepts into marketing approaches commercial secondary education as a vital requirement to meet the needs of society. (Published abstract)
