The research aims to measure the reality of applying international quality standards in the services provided to people with learning difficulties in Jubail schools from the viewpoint of their teachers and to find differences in determining the degree of application through several variables, and the research sample reached to (31) learning difficulties teachers in public education schools. The researcher developed a questionnaire prepared by the researcher Muhammad Ali Al-Hassan (2009) to be suitable for the research sample (teachers of learning difficulties), and the researcher adopted the descriptive method on the research. The questionnaire consisted of five dimensions, and the study reached a number of results, which are: The high degree of application of international quality standards in the services provided to people with learning difficulties in Jubail schools on average (2.43), and it was high in the following dimensions: (detection, diagnosis and evaluation - teacher preparation and development of learning difficulties - educational curricula - educational environment equipment), while it came with a medium degree in the (administrative facilities) dimension with an arithmetic average (2.33) from the teachers' point of view. With learning difficulties, it also concluded that there are no differences due to the variable of gender, educational qualification and experience in determining the degree of application of international quality standards in services for people with learning difficulties from the viewpoint of their teachers.
