The study aimed to prepare a proposed list of life skills in public education in the Republic of Yemen. The researchers prepared a list that included (60) sub-skills distributed on four fields: personal skills field in which the number of its sub-skills are (14) skills; social skills field in which the number of its sub-skills are (22) skills; health and environment skills in which the number of its sub-skills are (14) skills; technical and manual skills in which the number of its sub-skills are (10) skills. The list was reviewed by the study sample consisting of (88) experts and researchers in the field of curricula in education in the Republic of Yemen, and the results of the study indicated a high degree of approval on the list of life skills from the point of view of the study sample individuals, which reached (98.5%). Its results also found that the viewpoint of the largest percentage of the study sample (48%) considers including the list of life skills in an independent subject. (Published abstract)
