The study aimed to reveal the level of Psychological Resilience and work Engagement among sample of Female Employees of King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddaha, identify the relation between Psychological Resilience and work Engagement, also identify how different in Psychological Resilience and work Engagement according to some demographic variables ( Educational level, marital status, years of experience, age ), This study includes a sample of Female Employees (N=220), In this study the researchers used Psychological Resilience scale and work Engagement scale ,the result refiled that there is average level is Psychological Resilience and work Engagement among sample of Female Employees of King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah, there is a relation between Psychological Resilience and work Engagement, there is different in Psychological Resilience and work Engagement according to some demographic variables.
