The research aimed to enable mothers of blind students from the rules of intonation prescribed for the fifth grade of primary school, using a program based on empowering mothers, the sample consisted of (8) mothers of (4 boys - 4 girls) in the Al-Nour Institute for Boys and the Al-Nour Institute for Girls, and a list of the most important standards of intonation was prepared Assessed on the fifth grade, as well as a cognitive test and note card (researcher preparation) to measure their ability to recite the rules of intonation, the results showed the effectiveness of the proposed training program in enabling mothers of the blind from the rules of intonation, and also confirmed that empowering mothers had a clear impact on their blind children in developing recitation skills They have.
