In analytical framework, the research addressed the concept of the voluntary contributions in education and the major features of pre-university education financing, nationally and internationally. The main question of the research is; How to employ the voluntary contribution as an approach for facing the equity gap in financing pre- university education in Egypt. Research Objectives: The research aimed to identify the conceptual framework of the voluntary contributions in Education, highlighting the general features of preuniversity education financing in Egypt, bringing to light the equity crisis as well as, national and internal voluntary attitudes. Furthermore, showing the major barriers that prevent employing voluntary contributions in financing pre-university education in Egypt. The research ended to constructing a Proposed Conceptualization for supporting these voluntary contributions to face the equity gap in pre- education financing in Egypt. (Published abstract)
