The study aimed at identifying the effect of using the Microsoft Teams app for distance learning on developing language communication skills among second-grade middle school students from the point of view of Arabic language teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a list of language communication skills was prepared and a questionnaire was built for the purpose of collecting data from the study sample. The study tool was applied to a random sample of (38) teachers of Arabic language teachers working to broadcast lessons through the Microsoft Teams application in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with a sample rate of (53.50 %) Of the total size of the study population.The study reached several results, including: The practice score for the total language communication skills came at the level of (a lot), with an arithmetic average (2.55), which may be due to the effect of using the Microsoft Teams application in distance learning. There is a variation in the degree of practice of language communication skills, where the dimension of listening skills came first with a degree of practice (frequently) with an arithmetic average (2.68), followed by the dimension of reading skills in second place with a degree of practice (much) with an arithmetic average (2.62), followed by the dimension of reading skills. Speaking skills are ranked third with a degree of practice (a lot) with an arithmetic average (2.57), while the dimension of writing skills comes in the last place with a degree of practice (sometimes) with an arithmetic average (2.42). The coefficient of variation for the responses of the study sample on the dimension of listening skills was (23.13%), while the coefficient of variation for the responses of the study sample on the dimension of writing skills was (26.93%), which indicates a greater agreement between the responses of the study sample about skills Listening, while the difference between the study sample about writing skills increases, and these results indicate the great impact of using the Microsoft Teams application in distance learning on developing language communication skills among second-grade intermediate students from the point of view of Arabic language teachers. In light of the previous results, the following recommendations can be made: Working on designing programs to develop the language communication skills of learners of all school levels using distance learning applications; So that the learners are aware of accurate language communication skills, mastery and familiarity with them. Working on developing programs for preparing Arabic language teachers to include training on programs and applications of distance learning technology and language communication skills, planning, implementation and evaluation.
