The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of blended learning in developing the academic buoyancy and oral and reading comprehension skills among FFL Majors at the Faculty of Education - Al-Azhar University. Participants of the study consisted of (60) FFL students at the Faculty of Education - Al-Azhar University. There were divided into two equal groups: An experimental group with (30) students, and a control group with (30) students. The researchers prepared the following instruments: The academic buoyancy scale that consisted of (27) situations, that divided into three main dimensions: (academic self-efficacy, mastering academic challenges, and academic integration), an oral comprehension skills test consisting of (32) items, and a reading comprehension skills scale consisting of (35) items, and the educational content that prepared in the light of the blended learning strategy. Results of the study revealed that there was statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group and those of the control group in the post-administration of the academic buoyancy scale and in the oral and reading comprehension skills in favor of the experimental group students. Also, there was statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post administration of the academic buoyancy scale and in the oral and reading comprehension skills in favor of the post-administration that indicates to the effectiveness of blended learning in developing academic buoyancy and oral and reading comprehension skills among the FFL majors at the Faculty of Education -Al-Azhar University.
