The study aimed to reveal the level of each of the perceived self efficacy, psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction among a sample of teachers of gifted students in Jeddah , and know the relationship between perceived self-efficacy, psychological empowerment, and between job satisfaction, also identify the differences in perceived self-efficacy, psychological empowerment and job satisfaction according to the gender variable (male-female), years of experience (5 years or less - 6 to 10 years - more than 10 years) and the education sector (government-private), and the study sample consisted of (106) of teachers of gifted students in Jeddah ,The researcher used the Perceived Self-Efficiency Scale set up by Raghda Michel Arnaki (2016), the Psychological Empowerment Scale set up by Fatima AlSayed Hassan and Afaf Saeed Farag (2018), and the Job Satisfaction Scale set up by Muhammad Abdel Fattah Ajwa (2012). The results of the study concluded that high level of perceived self-efficacy and psychological empowerment among teachers of gifted students in Jeddah, and a medium level of job satisfaction , there was Positive relation between job satisfaction and both of perceived self-efficacy and psychological empowerment, and the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in perceived self-efficacy, psychological empowerment and job satisfaction among the study sample according to the gender variable (males - Female) and years of experience (5 years or less - 6 to 10 years - more than 10 years) and the education sector (government-private).
