The study aimed to identify the reality of educational leaders in attractive leadership through the point of view of educators and teachers working with them, and to reveal the differences between the opinions of the sample members of the extent to which educational leaders apply the dimensions of the attractive leadership theory according to the demographic study variables (gender, experience, academic qualification). The descriptive survey approach was used by conducting the study to survey the opinions of educators about their vision of the extent to which educational leaders apply attractive leadership behaviors. The study sample consisted of (220) male and female teachers, representing 10% of the study population.
