هدفت الدراسة الراهنة الى رصد مدى أهمية وسائل الاعلام في التوعية المجتمعية نحو اضطراب صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في دولة الكويت. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) معلما ومعلمة للطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثين ببناء مقياس مكون من (10) فقرات، وذلك بغرض رصد مدى أهمية وسائل الاعلام في التوعية المجتمعية نحو اضطراب صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في دولة الكويت. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن أهمية وسائل الاعلام في التوعية المجتمعية نحو اضطراب ذوي صعوبات التعلم في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت مرتفعة ما يعني أهميتها، حيث جاءت بالمرتبة الأولى الفقرة رقم 2 والتي تنص على " يساهم الإعلام في حل مشكلة الخلط بين صعوبات التعلم وبطء التعلم والتأخر الدراسي وتصحيحها"، بينما جاءت الفقرة رقم 8 والتي تنص على "تعطي وسائل الاعلام منظور واقعي لطبيعة المشكلة دون أفراط أو تفريط" بالمرتبة الأخيرة. The study aimed to monitor the importance of the media in community awareness about learning disabilities disorder from the point of view of teachers in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers of students with learning disabilities. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers built a scale consisting of (10) paragraphs, for the purpose of monitoring the importance of the media in community awareness of learning disabilities disorder from the point of view of teachers in the State of Kuwait. The results of the study showed that the importance of the media in community awareness regarding the disorder of people with learning disabilities in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers was high, which means its importance, as it came in first place in Paragraph No. 2, which states: “The media contributes to solving the problem of confusion between learning disabilities and slowness.” Learning and academic delay and their correction,” while Paragraph No. 8, which states, “The media gives a realistic perspective on the nature of the problem without exaggeration or negligence,” ranked last.
