The study aimed to: To find out the extent to which the content of the social studies course for the sixth grade of primary school includes values that work to enhance the national character in light of the program of strengthening the national personality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. An analysis prepared by the researcher in light of the values of the National Character Enhancement Program, which are four of the main values that make up the value of belonging and include (72) a value or a sub-index that achieves these values The researcher concluded that there is a significant decline in the values of the national character enhancement program, and that there are a number of values not included in the book, such as the values of tolerance and volunteering. As for the values of belonging, there was a disparity in the book’s inclusion of values. Values expressing human rights occupied the first place, accounting for 51.3%, and the degree of inclusion was moderate, while the values of preserving the symbols of national sovereignty came in second place with 37.5% included with a degree. Low, followed by the values of belonging at a rate of 11.2%, while the sub-values came the highest sub-value for the development of belonging (12.5% of the preservation of antiquities), followed by the value of the importance of building the state and resisting occupation (9.7%) of the total values (72) value, which is a value very low . In light of these results, the researcher recommended that the values of the National Character Enhancement Program should be further included in the social studies textbook for the sixth grade of elementary school in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
