The study entitled the Reality of Professional Skills for Mathematics teachers for the Intermediate Stage in Abha in light of the requirements of distance teaching. The study aimed to identify the reality of the professional skills of mathematics teachers for the middle stage in Abha in light of the requirements of distance teaching, and to determine whether there are significant statistical differences in the professional skills of mathematics teachers attributed to the educational qualification variable, the number of years of experience In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive survey method approach. The study population consisted of middle school mathematics teachers in Abha, that numbered 139 female teachers, and the study sample included 103 female intermediate school mathematics teachers in Abha, who were randomly selected The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data for the study. The results showed that the study sample individuals strongly agree on the reality of the professional skills of mathematics teachers for the middle stage in Abha in light of the requirements for distance teaching, with an arithmetic average of (4.34). Also, the study sample individuals strongly agree on distance teaching requirements, with an arithmetic average of (4.45), there are statistically significant differences in the professional skills of mathematics teachers due to the scientific qualification variable, and the differences came in favor of the members of the study community from the teachers whose scientific qualification is postgraduate studies. Also, the results of the study asserted the existence of statistically significant differences in the professional skills of mathematics teachers due to the years of experience variable, and the differences came in favor of the study sample individuals with the number of years of their experience (more than 15 years .The study recommends conducting similar studies to know the effect of using simultaneous virtual classrooms in achieving many variables related to the work of mathematics teachers and holding seminars and training courses for mathematics teachers to develop their abilities to use distance education programs.
