هدف البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات وعي معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية. ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية الوعي بالمواطنة الرقمية، وأن التربية الرقمية للأجيال والمستقبلية لم تعد مجرد رفاهية، وأن التوعية بأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية وحقوق المواطن وواجباته في العصر الرقمي أصبحت من أولى الضروريات، وبناء عليه انتهى البحث إلى أن وعي معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية يتطلب خمسة متطلبات رئيسة متفاعلة، وهي: متطلبات تربوية: وتعني العمليات التي تقوم بها الوزارة لتعزيز وعي المعلمين بكيفية الاستخدام الآمن للتكنولوجيا. ومتطلبات أخلاقية: وتعني المعايير التي يجب أن يلتزم بها المعلم أثناء استخدام التكنولوجية. ومتطلبات تكنولوجية: وتعني الإمكانات والتقنيات والوسائط الإلكترونية التي يجب توفيرها؛ لضمان وصول المعلومات والمعارف الصحيحة في الوقت المناسب. ومتطلبات إدارية: وتعني العمليات والممارسات التي تقوم بها إدارة المدرسة لتوجيه المعلمين نحو الالتزام بمبادئ المواطنة الرقمية. ومتطلبات قانونية: وتعني الوسائل التي يتمّ من خلالها التمتع بالحقوق والالتزام بالواجبات تجاه الاستخدام الآمن للتكنولوجيا الرقمية. The aim of the research is to identify the requirements of basic education teachers awareness of the dimensions of digital citizenship. The rights and duties of the citizen in the digital age have become one of the first necessities, and accordingly the research concluded that the awareness of basic education teachers of the dimensions of digital citizenship requires five main interactive requirements, which are: Educational requirements: they mean the processes carried out by the Ministry to enhance teachers’ awareness of how to safely use technology. Ethical requirements: They mean the standards that the teacher must abide by while using technology. Technological requirements: They mean the capabilities, techniques, and electronic media that must be provided to ensure that the right information and knowledge arrive at the right time. Administrative requirements: They mean the processes and practices carried out by the school administration to guide teachers towards commitment to the principles of digital citizenship. Legal requirements: they mean the means by which rights are enjoyed and duties are complied with towards the safe use of digital technology. (Published abstract)
