هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء المشرفين التربويين في تحقيق أساليب الإشراف التربوي التطوري بمكاتب إدارات التعليم بمنطقة عسير في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، والتعرف على واقع ممارسة أساليب الإشراف التربوي التطوري. والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تعزى إلى المتغيرات: (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة في مجال الإشراف التربوي). استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال الاستبانة، وتكونت عينة البحث من 260 مشرف تربوي بمكاتب إدارات التعليم بمنطقه عسير. توصل البحث إلى أن ممارسة عينة البحث لأساليب الإشراف التربوي التطوري جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة البحث بحسب النوع والخبرة، بينما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بحسب المؤهل العلمي لصالح الحاصلين على دكتوراة. انتهى البحث بوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء المشرفين التربويين في تحقيق أساليب الإشراف التربوي التطوري بمكاتب إدارات التعليم بمنطقه عسير في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030. The research aimed to develop a Paradigm for developing the performance of educational supervisors in achieving the methods of developmental educational supervision in the offices of education departments in the Asir region in the light of the Kingdom's vision 2030, to identify the factual status of practicing the methods of developmental educational supervision and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the estimates of the sample members due to the variables: (sex, academic qualification, years of experience in the field of educational supervision). The research used the descriptive approach, the data was collected through the questionnaire, and the research sample consisted of 260 educational supervisors in the offices of education departments in the Asir region. The research indicated that the practice of the research sample for the methods of developmental educational supervision came to a medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample according to type and experience, while there were statistically significant differences according to the academic qualification in favor of those with a PhD. The research ended with a paradigm for developing the performance of educational supervisors in achieving the methods of developmental educational supervision in the offices of education departments in the Asir region in the light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision.
