هدفت الدراسة إلى تفعيل دور مشروع رأس المال الدائم في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى طلاب المدرسة الثانوية الزراعية، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قامت بعرض وتحليل الإطار الفكري لثقافة ريادة الأعمال، ورصد وتشخيص واقع مشروع رأس المال الدائم في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلاب من خلال القرارات المنظمة له، والدراسات السابقة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع مشروع رأس المال الدائم يعاني من العديد من المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق دوره في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى طلاب المدرسة الزراعية، ومن ثم توصلت الدراسة إلى وضع مجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات والآليات التي يمكن من خلالها تفعيل دور مشروع رأس المال الدائم في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلاب من أهمها، تدعيم قدرة الطلاب على تصميم خطة لتسويق المنتجات الزراعية، وإكسابهم قيمة الاستقلالية والاعتماد على النفس وتحمل المخاطر في سبيل الوصول إلى الهدف، وتنمية مهارة الإدارة الجيدة للمشروع الريادي ، فضلا عن المشاركة الحقيقية للطلاب في منافذ بيع المنتجات الزراعية، وتمكينهم من مهارات وضع ميزانية لمشروع زراعي صغير، وتحفيزهم على إقامة مشروع خاص في المستقبل. The study aimed to activate the role of the permanent capital project in developing the culture of entrepreneurship among students of the agricultural secondary school. In order to achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive analytical method, as it presented and analyzed the intellectual framework of the culture of entrepreneurship. Monitoring and diagnosing the reality of the permanent capital project in developing the culture of entrepreneurship among students through its organizing decisions and previous studies. The study concluded that the reality of the permanent capital project suffers from many obstacles that prevent it from achieving its role in developing the culture of entrepreneurship among students of the agricultural school. Then the study came up with a set of proposals, recommendations and mechanisms through which the permanent capital project’s role can be activated in developing the culture of entrepreneurship among students. The way to reach the goal, develop the skill of good management of the pilot project, as well as the real participation of students in outlets selling agricultural products, and enable them to develop budgeting skills for a small agricultural project, and motivate them to set up a private project in the future.
