هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي إلكتروني قائم على التلعيب في تنمية مهارات الثقافة الرقمية لدى معلمات التربية الخاصة. واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لتحليل الأدبيات التربوية والدراسات السابقة وبناء أدوات البحث ومواده، والمنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي؛ للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة؛ وتم تطبيق البحث خلال الفصل الدراسي الثالث من العام 1443 هـ والفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 1444هـ على عينة من معلمات التربية الخاصة في مكة المكرمة؛ قوامها (30) معلمة، بواقع (15) معلمة في المجموعة التجريبية، و(15) معلمة في المجموعة الضابطة. تمثلت أدوات البحث في إعداد قائمة بمهارات الثقافة الرقمية، وبناء اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب النظري، وبطاقة تقييم الأداء للمعلمات، لقياس الجانب المهاري الناتجان عن البرنامج التدريبي الإلكتروني، والذي جرى تصميمه في ضوء نموذج التصميم التعليمي العام ADDIE، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01=α) بين درجات معلمات المجموعة التجريبية ومعلمات المجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار وبطاقة تقييم الأداء؛ لصالح المجموعة التجريبية وبأثر إيجابي كبير. وأوصى البحث بضرورة الاستفادة من تقنيات التعليم المستخدمة في تدريب معلمات التربية الخاصة قبل وأثناء الخدمة. The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of an electronic training program based on gamification in developing digital culture skills among special education female teachers. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach to analyse the educational literature and previous studies, and to design the research tools and research materials, and the experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design; for the experimental and control groups. The research was applied during the third semester of the year 1443 AH and the first semester of the year 1444 AH on a sample of special education female teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. It consists of (30) female teachers, with (15) female teachers in the experimental group, and (15) female teachers in the control group. The research tools were a list of digital culture skills, an achievement test to measure the theoretical aspect, and a performance evaluation card for teachers, to measure the skill aspect resulting from the electronic training program, which was designed in the light of the general educational design model ADDIE. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.01) between the degrees of the parameters of the experimental group and the parameters of the control group in the post application of the test and the performance evaluation card, in favour of the experimental group with a significant positive effect. The research recommended the need to take advantage of the educational techniques used in training special education teachers before and during service. (Published abstract)
