هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم التحديات التي تواجه منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030م، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد المتطلبات التربوية لمواجهة تحديات منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030م، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استُخدم المنهج الوصفي بشقيه (الوثائقي والمسحي) وكانت أداة الدراسة هي الاستبانة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من خمس جامعات سعودية هي (جامعة أم القرى، جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، جامعة الملك خالد، جامعة تبوك)، أما عينة الدراسة فقد شملت (384) عضو هيئة تدريس تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من التحديات تواجه منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء رؤية 2030 تمثلت في (تحديات إدارية، أكاديمية، مجتمعية، تكنولوجية)، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى تحديد مجموعة من المتطلبات التربوية لمواجهة تحديات منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء رؤية 2030 من أبرزها: تفعيل سرعة التواصل بين الإدارة ومنسوبيها، عقد دورات لتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في التدريس، تفعيل لأنظمة إلكترونية فعالة لاستقبال الآراء والاقتراحات، تبني الجامعات لطرائق تدريس إلكترونية حديثة، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن تقدير عينة الدراسة للمتطلبات التربوية لمواجهة تحديات منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء رؤية 2030 جاء بدرجة عالية. This study aimed to identify the most important challenges facing the university education system in the light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study also aimed to determine the educational requirements to meet the challenges of the university education system in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, with its two parts (documentary and survey), and the study tool was the questionnaire, and the study population consisted of five Saudi universities: (Umm Al- Qura University, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University, King Khalid University, Tabuk University), As for the study sample, it included (384) faculty members who were chosen randomly, and the study concluded that there are a number of challenges facing the university education system in the light of Vision 2030, represented in (administrative, academic, societal, technological challenges), and the study also concluded by identifying a group Among the educational requirements to meet the challenges of the university education system in the light of Vision 2030, the most prominent of which are: Activating the speed of communication between the administration and its employees, holding courses to train faculty members on the use of modern technologies in teaching, activating effective electronic systems to receive opinions and suggestions, adopting modern electronic teaching methods by universities, The study also showed that the study sample’s estimation of the educational requirements to meet the challenges of the university education system in the light of the 2030 vision came to a high degree.
