استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مفاهيم وأنماط الجامعة الافتراضية كأحد الصيغ الجديد في التعليم الجامعي وأوجه الاستفادة منها في مصر في ظل تداعيات فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19)، واشتملت على الإطار العام للدراسة ويتضمن المقدمة والمشكلة، والأهداف والأهمية والمنهجية والمصطلحات والدراسات السابقة، وخطوات الدراسة، كما اشتملت على ثلاثة محاور يتضمن الأول مفهوم الجامعة الافتراضية وأهدافها. ويتضمن المحور الثاني خصائص الجامعة الافتراضية وأنماطها وأنواعها وعوامل نجاحها، ويتضمن المحور الثالث تداعيات فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) على التعليم وجهود مصر لمواجهته، وإمكان الاستفادة من الجامعة الافتراضية ودواعي الأخذ بها لحل مشكلات التعليم الجامعي في ظل تداعيات فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19)، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى التوصية بضرورة الأخذ بصيغة الجامعة الافتراضية للتغلب على الحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) لضمان استمرار الدراسة الجامعية للطلاب وذلك من خلال عمل دراسة جدوى لاختيار النمط المناسب لطبيعة واحتياجات التعليم الجامعي في مصر بما يتناسب مع طبيعة المجتمع المصري واحتياجاته، لحل المشكلات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي في ظل هذه الجائحة وأي أزمات وتحديات مستقبلية. The study aimed to identify the concepts and patterns of the hypothetical university as one of the new formats in university education and the ways to benefit from it in Egypt in light of the repercussions of the Corona virus, It included the general framework of the study and includes the introduction, problem, objectives, importance, methodology, terminology, previous studies, and study steps, as well as three axes. The first includes the concept of the hypothetical university and its objectives. The second axis includes the characteristics of the hypothetical university, its patterns, types and factors of its success, and the third axis includes the implications of the Corona virus on education and Egypt's efforts to confront it, the possibility of benefiting from the virtual university and the reasons for adopting it to solve the problems of university education in light of the repercussions of the Corona virus. The study concluded with the recommendation of the necessity of adopting the default university formula to overcome the limitation of the spread of the Coronavirus to ensure the continuation of university studies for students by conducting a feasibility study to choose the appropriate pattern for the nature and needs of university education in Egypt in line with the nature and needs of the Egyptian society To solve the problems facing university education in light of this pandemic and any future crises and challenges.
