The research aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological flow and cognitive flexibility, and to achieve this aim the researcher used the descriptive method, and the research sample consisted of (600) high school students which were chosen randomly from the schools affiliated to Sabya Education Administration in Jazan region. The researcher used the psychological flow scale and the cognitive flexibility scale (prepared by the researcher) to collect data, the researcher also, used the Pearson correlation coefficient, single multiple regression analysis, and the simple and multiple regression analysis. The research results concluded that the scores levels of high school students on the psychological flow scale and cognitive flexibility were high, and there was a positive statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.01) between psychological flow scores and cognitive flexibility among secondary school students. The results also showed statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between psychological flow and cognitive flexibility scores due to the classroom for the favor of the third-grade secondary female students, and the results found that the possibility of predicting cognitive flexibility through psychological flow, and in light of these results, the researcher presented some research recommendations and suggestions.
