هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة قادة كليات عنيزة الأهلية لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية، والتعرف على مستوى كفاءة الأداء لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات عنيزة الأهلية، والتعرف على تأثير القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها (الاستثارة الفكرية – الاعتبار الفردي) على كفاءة أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات عنيزة الأهلية، والتعرف على مدى تأثير عامل الكلية على طبيعة العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية وكفاءة الأداء لأعضاء هيئة التدريس. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج المسحي والارتباطي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وشمل مجتمع الدراسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات عنيزة الأهلية، وبلغت العينة 179 عضو. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج أبرزها أن استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات عنيزة الأهلية على محور مستوى تطبيق القيادة التحويلية في كليات عنيزة الأهلية "جاءت بدرجة تطبيق كبيرة جدا، ووجود تقارب في درجة موافقة أفراد الدراسة على عبارات محور "مستوى كفاءة الأداء لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات عنيزة الأهلية" حيث جاءت استجابات أفراد الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات عنيزة الأهلية على جميع فقرات هذا المحور بدرجات تطبيق (كبيرة جدا)، ووجود أثر للقيادة التحويلية على كفاءة الأداء لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، ووجود فروق معنوية لتأثير الاستثارة الفكرية على كفاءة الأداء تعزى لنوع الكلية، و فروق معنوية لتأثير الاعتبار الفردي على كفاءة الأداء تعزى لنوع الكلية. The study aimed to reveal the degree to which leaders of Unayzah private colleges practice the dimensions of transformational leadership, identify the level of performance efficiency of faculty members in Unayzah private colleges, and identify the impact of transformational leadership with its dimensions (intellectual stimulation - individual consideration) on the efficiency of performance of faculty members in Unayzah colleges. Eligibility, and identifying the extent of the influence of the college factor on the nature of the relationship between transformational leadership and the performance efficiency of faculty members, and the study followed the survey and correlational approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The study population included faculty members in the private colleges of Unayzah, and the sample amounted to 179 members. The study reached results, the most notable of which are the responses of the faculty members in the private colleges of Unayzah on the axis of “the level of application of transformational leadership in the colleges of Unayzah.” Eligibility “came to a very high degree of application, There was a convergence in the degree of agreement of the study members on the statements of the axis “the level of performance efficiency of the faculty members in the private colleges of Unayzah,” as the responses of the study members from the teaching staff in the private colleges of Unayzah to all the paragraphs of this axis came with (very large) degrees of application, and there was an effect of leadership. Transformational efficiency of the performance of faculty members, there were significant differences in the effect of intellectual stimulation on performance efficiency due to the type of college, and significant differences in the effect of individual consideration on performance efficiency due to the type of college.
