هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى التمكين النفسي ومكوناته لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، وفحص الفرق بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين والمعلمات في كل من: التمكين النفسي ومكوناته، والاحتراق الوظيفي ومكوناته، بالإضافة إلى بحث طبيعة العلاقة بين التمكين النفسي والاحتراق الوظيفي، لدى عينة من معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بلغ حجمها (800) معلم ومعلمة، طبق عليها مقياس التمكين النفسي ومقياس الاحتراق الوظيفي، وبناء على الإطار النظري الذي أشتق منه مفاهيم البحث، بالإضافة إلى استقراء نتائج عينة من البحوث السابقة تم اشتقاق الفروض الآتية: 1) مستوى التمكين النفسي ومكوناته مرتفع لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية. 2) لا يوجد فرق جوهري بين متوسطي درجات معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في التمكين النفسي ومكوناته. 3) لا يوجد فرق جوهري بين متوسطي درجات معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في الاحتراق الوظيفي ومكوناته. 4) توجد علاقة سالبة جوهرية بين التمكين النفسي والاحتراق الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية. وباستخدام اختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة، واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى التمكين النفسي ومكوناته لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية مرتفع، ولم يوجد فرق جوهري بين المعلمين والمعلمات في كل من: التمكين النفسي ومكوناته، وفي الاحتراق الوظيفي ومكوناته، في حين وجدت علاقة سالبة جوهرية بين التمكين النفسي والاحتراق الوظيفي. The aim of the research is to identify the level of psychological empowerment and its components for primary stage teachers, and to examine the difference between the average scores of male and female teachers in each of: psychological empowerment and its components, and job burnout and its components, in addition to examining the nature of the relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout, in a sample of teachers of the stage the primary school had a size of 800 teachers and teachers. The psychological empowerment scale and the job burnout scale were applied to it, and based on the theoretical framework from which the research concepts were derived, in addition to extrapolating the results of a sample of previous research, the following hypotheses were derived: 1) The level of psychological empowerment and its components is high for teachers of the stage Primary. 2) There is no significant difference between the mean scores of primary stage teachers in psychological empowerment and its components. 3) There is no substantial difference between the average grades of primary stage teachers in job burnout and its components. 4) There is a substantial negative relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout for primary stage teachers. Using a one-sample t-test, two independent samples t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficient, the results indicated that the level of psychological empowerment and its components among primary school teachers is high, and there was no significant difference between male and female teachers in: psychological empowerment and its components, and in job burnout and its components, in When a significant negative relationship was found between psychological empowerment and job burnout.
