هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فعالية استخدام برنامج الكورس لاب في تنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية لدى طلبة الدبلوم الخاص شعبة تكنولوجيا التعليم، وقد تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي (التصميم شبه التجريبي) ذو المجموعة الواحدة، وطبقت أداتي البحث (اختبار تحصيلي) لقياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية، و(بطاقة ملاحظة) لقياس الجانب الأدائي لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية على عينة البحث، وعددهم (30) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الدبلوم الخاص شعبة تكنولوجيا التعليم، وتم تطبيق الأدوات تطبيقا قبليا وتطبيقا بعديا. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أنه يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي للجوانب المعرفية لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوي دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج المقررات الإلكترونية لصالح التطبيق البعدي، مما يدل على وجود أثر قوي علميا. وفي ضوء ذلك، تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using the Course Lab program in developing the skills of designing and producing electronic courses for students of the special diploma, education technology department. The experimental method (quasi-experimental design) with one group was used for the skills of designing and producing electronic courses, and (a note card) to measure the performance aspect of the skills of designing and producing electronic courses on the research sample, which numbered (30) students from the special diploma students, the division of educational technology, and the tools were applied before and after application, and the research results showed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the students of one experimental group in the two applications, the pre and post applications of the achievement test of the cognitive aspects of design and production skills of electronic courses in favor of the post application, and there is also a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the students of the group. The one experimental in the two applications, pre and post, in the observation card of the skill performance of the skills of design and production of electronic courses Electronically in favor of the dimensional application, which indicates a strong scientific impact, and in light of this, a set of recommendations and suggestions were presented.
