هدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى أهم المقترحات الإجرائية لإرساء احترافية التدريب القيادي بما يرسى ثقافة الأبداع المؤسسي بالمدارس المتوسطة في الكويت. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي. قدم البحث العديد من المقترحات، أهمها: توفير إطار تنظيمي لبناء القدرات الإبداعية لكافة العاملين بالمدرسة من خلال الاهتمام بالخطط طويلة الأمد وقصيرة الأمد للمدرسة من خلال وحدات التخطيط الاستراتيجي بالمدرسة، نشر ثقافة الإبداع الإداري من خلال المؤتمرات والندوات واللقاءات التي تشارك فيها القيادات الإدارية المختلفة. أكد البحث على أهمية تدريب المدراء أثناء الخدمة لرفع مستوى ثقافتهم وإثراء معلوماتهم الإدارية، ويتحقق ذلك من خلال الآليات التالية: ارتكاز البرامج التدريبية على التنوع والبرامج القائمة على الكفاية، إعداد دليل مهني للمدراء، وجود خطة تدريبية واضحة المعالم لتدريب المدراء بصورة دورية وجادة، على أن تتضمن هذه الخطة برامج لرفع مستوى الإبداع الإداري لديهم. وأكد البحث أيضا على ضرورة المراجعة المستمرة لتقييم البرامج التدريبية وإعادة صياغتها لمواكبة المستجدات المعرفية كي تتجاوب مع متطلبات المستقبل ويتحقق ذلك من خلال بعض الآليات، منها: عقد دورات تدريبية للمرشحين لتولي المناصب القيادية بالمدرسة، عقد برامج تدريبية للعاملين بالمدرسة من خلال وحدة التدريب والجودة على أن تتضمن هذه البرامج تنمية القدرات الإبداعية للعاملين دون استثناء. فحص أهداف البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للمعلمين للتأكد من أن الأهداف تتناسب مع الاحتياجات التدريبة للمتدربين. تجهيز القاعات المناسبة من حيث التجهيزات والوسائل التدريبية والخامات والأوراق، وأن تكون القاعات جيدة التهوية والإضاءة، بعيدا عن الضوضاء والمشتتات. The aim of the research is to reach the most important procedural proposals to establish the professionalism of leadership training to establish a culture of institutional creativity in middle schools in Kuwait. The research followed the descriptive method. The research presented many proposals: providing an organizational framework to build the creative capabilities of employees by paying attention to the school's long- and short-term plans, spreading the culture of institutional creativity through conferences, seminars and meetings in which administrative leaders participate. The research emphasized the importance of training managers during the service to raise the level of their culture and enrich their administrative information through the following mechanisms: Training programs based on diversity and competency-based programs, the preparation of a professional guide for managers, the existence of a well-defined training plan to train managers to raise the level of their administrative creativity. The research also emphasized the need for continuous review to evaluate training programs and reformulate them to keep pace with knowledge developments. This is achieved through some mechanisms, including: providing training courses for candidates to hold leadership positions in the school, providing training programs to develop the creative abilities of employees, examining the training programs offered to ensure that the objectives fit the specific needs of the trainees, equipping the appropriate halls in terms of training aids, materials and papers, and that the halls be well ventilated and lit, away from noise and distractions.
