هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ما إذا كان للضغط النفسي علاقة باستراتيجيات المواجهة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمنطقتي ادرار وعين صالح، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي نظراً لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة. كما تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية، حيث تكونت من 50 أستاذا من التعليم الثانوي بمختلف التخصصات، (20 أستاذا بثانوية أبي ذر الغفاري ادرار، و30 أستاذا بثانوية علي بن أبي طالب بعين صالح )، وجمعت البيانات بالاعتماد على مقياسي: الضغط النفسي لعبد الرحمن الطريري، ومقياس استراتيجيات المقاومة لفيتالينو 1985. وبعد تطبيق المقياسين كانت النتائج المتحصل عليها كما يلي: 1) توجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط النفسي واستراتيجيات المواجهة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمنطقتي ادرار وعين صالح. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في منطقتي ادرار وعين صالح على مقياس الضغوط النفسية تعزى متغير الجنس. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في منطقتي ادرار وعين صالح على مقياس استراتيجيات المواجهة تعزى متغير الجنس. This study aimed to find out whether psychological pressure has a relationship with different coping strategies of secondary school teachers in Adrar and Ain Saleh regions, The study relied on the relational descriptive approach to its relevance to the nature of the study, and the sample was chosen at random, as it consisted of 50 professors from secondary school from various disciplines (20 professors at Abu Dhar Al-Ghafari High School, Vogel Adrar, and 30 high school professors, Ali bin Abi Talib, with a specific eye), Data were collected using two measures: Abd al-Rahman al-Turayri's psychological pressure, and Vitalino Resistance Strategies 1985. After applying the two measures, the results obtained were as follows: 1) There is a statistically significant relationship between psychological stress and coping strategies among secondary school teachers in Adrar and Ain Saleh regions. 2) There were no statistically significant differences in the grades of secondary school teachers in Adrar and Ain Saleh regions on the psychological stress scale attributed to the gender. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the grades of secondary school teachers in Adrar and Ain Saleh regions on the scale of confrontational strategies attributed to the gender.
