هدفت دراستنا إلى دراسة الانتباه الانتقائي لدى عسيري القراءة لعينة من تلاميذ السنة الرابعة إبتدائي استخدم الباحث المنهج العيادي بطريقة دراسة الحالة، تم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من 04 تلاميذ عسيري القراءة يدرسون بالسنة الرابعة إبتدائي بمدينة الوادي، وتم استخدام إختبار الستروب (STROOP) للانتباه الانتقائي كأداة للدراسة، وقد توصلنا من خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها أن ذوي العسر القرائي يعانون من ضعف شديد في الانتباه الانتقائي، تمثل ذلك في الضعف الواضح في ميكانيزمات تحديد وانتقاء المثيرات المناسبة بسهولة، إضافة إلى العجز عن الاستمرارية والحفاظ على الانتباه، وظهر ذلك في عدم القدرة على إنهاء المهمات المطلوبة و البطء في زمن الاستجابة والوقوع في الأخطاء والترددات أثناء الاستجابة للمثيرات. The study aims at studying selective attention in dyslexic readers for a sample of fourth-year primary school pupils. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. An intentional sample was chosen that consisted of 5 pupils at the fourth year in primary level of education in the city of El-Oued. The researcher used the STROOP test for selective attention. The study found that people with dyslexia suffer from a weakness in selective attention, this was evident in the mistakes made in the inability to track the successive stimuli, as well as the inability to stop the competing stimuli, in addition to the slow response in all positions of selecting the stimuli.
