لقد هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى تقييم طبيعة العلاقة بين الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ وتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى متعلمي السنة الخامسة ابتدائي، وذلك انطلاقا من افتراض أن الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ لها علاقة ارتباطية قوية بتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمتعلميه. وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة ضمن نطاق جغرافي شمل متعلمي 5 أفواج بمدرسة الشهيد حديبي فرحات بسيدي عامر ولاية المسيلة، حيث وبعد أن ضبط الباحث عيّنته المتكونة من 153 متعلما و5 أساتذة تخصص لغة عربية، وبالاعتماد على عدد من الأدوات كان من أهمها مقياس الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ ومقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمتعلم. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي توصل في الختام إلى مجموعة من النتائج الجزئية الآتية: 1) توجد علاقة خطية طردية قوية بين كفايات التخطيط للأستاذ وتنمية المسؤولية الاجماعية لمتعلمي السنة الخامسة ابتدائي. 2) توجد علاقة خطية طردية قوية بين كفايات التنفيذ للأستاذ وتنمية المسؤولية الاجماعية لمتعلمي السنة الخامسة ابتدائي. 3) توجد علاقة خطية طردية قوية بين كفايات التقويم للأستاذ وتنمية المسؤولية الاجماعية لمتعلمي السنة الخامسة ابتدائي. وعليه جاءت النتيجة الرئيسية الحاسمة؛ تأكّد له من خلالها وجود علاقة خطية طردية قوية بين الكفايات التدريسية للأستاذ وتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى متعلمي السنة الخامسة ابتدائي. حيث أظهرت استجابات أفراد العينة بأنه كلما كان تخطيط الأستاذ لدرسه جيدا ويحتوي قيما تساعد في بناء شخصية المتعلم، و كلما كان التنفيذ يتماشى مع ما جاء في التخطيط ويتماشى مع التفاعل الايجابي داخل الحجرة الدراسية، وكلما قوم الأستاذ خطوتي التخطيط والتنفيذ بدقة وسلوك متعلميه حتى خارج الحجرة، كلما تنمت المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدي متعلميه. This study aimed mainly at evaluating the nature of the relationship between the teaching competencies of the professor and the development of social responsibility among the fifth year primary pupils, based on the assumption that the teaching competencies of the professor have a strong correlation with the development of social responsibility for his pupils. This study was conducted within a geographical scope that included the pupils of 5 cohorts at the Ashahid Hadibi Ferhat primary School in Sidi Ameur, a Province. After the researcher controlled his sample consisting of 153 learners and 5 teachers specializing in the Arabic language, and relying on a number of tools, the most important of which were the teaching competencies scale and the learner's social responsibility scale, using the descriptive approach, the researcher came up with a set of partial results: 1) There is a strong positive linear relationship between the teacher's planning competencies and the development of social responsibility among fifth-year primary school students. 2) There is a strong positive linear relationship between the teacher's implementation competencies and the development of social responsibility among fifth-year primary school students. 3) There is a strong positive linear relationship between the teacher's evaluation competencies and the development of social responsibility among fifth-year primary school students. Accordingly, the main result that was confirmed to him was: There is a strong, positive linear relationship between the teaching competencies of the teacher and the development of social responsibility among fifth-year primary school students. The responses of the sample members showed that: The more the teacher plans his lesson well and contains values that help build the learner’s personality, and the more the implementation is consistent with what was stated in the planning and is consistent with positive interaction within the classroom, and the more the teacher accurately evaluates the steps of planning and implementation and the behavior of his learners even outside the classroom, the more social responsibility will be develop among the students.
