هدف البحث إلى تفعيل عملية التخطيط التربوي في ظل الأوضاع الطارئة، مع وضع ملامح خطة للتعليم في سياق جائحة كورونا كتطبيق عملي، وذلك من خلال: بيان مفهوم الأوضاع المجتمعية الطارئة وأنواعها، وتوضيح تأثير الأوضاع المجتمعية الطارئة على نظام التعليم، وتحديد تأثير "جائحة كورونا" كنموذج للأوضاع الطارئة على نظام التعليم، والوقوف على مفهوم "تعليم الطوارئ" وخصائصه وأهدافه، ومعالجة مفهوم تخطيط نظام التعليم في ظل الأوضاع المجتمعية الطارئة وخصائصه وأهدافه، وتفصيل عمليات تخطيط نظام التعليم في ظل الأوضاع المجتمعية الطارئة، واقتراح ملامح خطة مقترحة للتعليم المصري في سياق جائحة كورونا. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتوصل إلى عدة نتائج، منها: إن كل وضع مجتمعي طارئ يختلف عن غيره، ومن ثم لا توجد صيغ مؤكدة للاستجابة الناجحة، وأن تخطيط النظم التعليمية في ظل الأوضاع الطارئة مفهوم ديناميكي يجب تحديثه وتعديله باستمرار، وقد أثرت جائحة كورونا على التعليم في عدة مستويات منها ما هو مالي وما هو تعليمي، وأن تخطيط الطوارئ مطلوب على جميع المستويات، ابتداء من المستوى المجتمع المحلي إلى المستوى الوطني والدولي. This study aimed at activating the educational planning process in light of emergency situations, with the development of the features of a plan for education in the context of the Corona pandemic as a practical application, through: clarifying the concept of emergency situations and their types, clarifying the impact of emergency situations on the education system, and determining the impact of the "Corona pandemic as a model for emergency situations on the education system, identifying the concept of "emergency education" and its characteristics and objectives, addressing the concept of planning the education system in light of emergency situations, its characteristics and objectives, and detailing the planning processes of the education system in light of emergency situations, and proposing the features of a plan to Egyptian education in the context of the Corona pandemic. The study used a descriptive method. The study came into some results as: Every emergency situation is different from others; therefore, there are no sure formulas for a successful response, that planning educational systems in light of emergency situations is a dynamic concept that must be constantly updated and modified, the Corona pandemic has affected education on several levels, and emergency planning is required at all levels.
